Can I buy credit packs on any plan?
Yes. Anyone, including users on the Free plan, can purchase credit packs at any time. They are the primary way to use Lookio without a subscription and are perfect for topping up if you run out of your monthly subscription credits.
What is the difference between subscription credits and purchased credits?
Credits purchased from packs are yours forever—they never expire. Subscription credits are included in your monthly plan and expire after three months if unused.
How many credits does a query cost?
You decide how your credits are used. Choose the right mode for every task to perfectly balance speed, intelligence, and cost.

If you reach your knowledge base limit, you won't be able to upload new documents until you upgrade your plan or remove existing ones. Your assistants will continue to function perfectly with all the files already in your knowledge base.
How are "words" counted?
We count words based on the text content extracted from your uploaded files. This provides a clear and predictable measure of your knowledge base size.

Each plan has a storage limit and a separate monthly upload-processing limit, which is the total number of words you can upload per month. These limits help manage the compute-intensive AI processing we use to ensure the highest-quality ingestion. Limits: Free — 250k words/month, Starter — 1M, Pro — 5M.
